Even for the relatively cheap price point, these are definitely not worth it. I ordered a pair back in October 2020. They were working perfectly fine for a couple months up until the right earbud stopped charging in the case, while the left one charged as normal. I emailed customer service and they gave me some troubleshooting tips, but still didn’t work. They ended up sending me a replacement product for free in December 2020. A couple months later, the exact same thing happened, but now with the left earbud. Just emailed them again. I do have to say, the first customer service experience was quick and easy, but the product is just absolute garbage. At first I thought maybe I got unlucky, but when the same thing happens two times within a span of 5 months, something is definitely wrong.

I’m sorry to hear that. Do the earbuds charge properly when you don’t have the case connected to the wall outlet? It could be that you can charge either the case or the earbuds but not both simultaneously, but I don’t have them to hand to check.

If they don’t charge properly either way, I’d suggest contacting the seller will yield a better outcome than leaving comments here, at least if the earbuds are still under warranty.

These headphones are horrible. I constantly have them in their “charger case”, and plugged into the outlet all night. Then I go to use them in the morning and right when I turn them on and connect them “Low Battery”. So, yeah, don’t buy them, and don’t believe all the good reviews like this one.
